2012 MSFA Convention and Conference Sponsorship Information

This past summer, the Maryland State Firemen’s Association (MSFA) celebrated its 119^th annual Convention and Conference.  For the past 60 plus years, this event has been held in Ocean City where our membership have met the attendance requirements of this annual gathering and had an opportunity to enjoy the amenities of the beach. 

Over the past couple of years, the MSFA Convention Committee has found it continually more difficult to be able to provide to our organizational membership an annual event that is fiscally within the means of our cross representation of the State of Maryland’s Fire Service Community.  We have finally reached a point that we must ask for assistance in meeting the financial obligations of the week’s events. 

Enclosed for your review is a basic listing of sponsorship opportunities that are available for businesses like yours in support of the firefighters coming to Ocean City each year. In addition, you will find a registration form to list your level of involvement. I would ask that you take a couple of minutes to consider what you and your company can do to help us with this sponsorship program. We will work with you on an individual basis to tailor a structure that works for all parties involved.
