One of the Membership Review Team will go through your Application. If it is not filled out completely it will be rejected, and you will have to complete a new one. Make sure you complete your Emergency Services Affiliation. Without the name of your Fire, Rescue, EMS company or your Allied Agency name, your application will be rejected. Also please note that if your email address is not valid, or if your email address changes and you do not update it here, your Name will be removed from the Site, and you will have to re-apply or contact the webmaster to have your Email address corrected.
