14th Annual MSP Polar Bear Plunge

On Snowy Saturday January 30th, Team Miss Fire Prevention and Team MSFA help the Maryland State Police raise money for the Maryland Special Olympics by participating in the 14th Annual MSP Polar Bear Plunge. It was COLD and it was SNOWY, but the water was a "balmy" 37 while the air temp was 17 (before wind chill). We were joined in our endeavor by 25,000 of our closest friends and the Plunge raised over $2,000,000 for Special Olympics. We hope that everyone comes out to join us next year for a fun filled mid-Winter Saturday. Maybe we'll get snow again next year Erin!
