EMS Top Responder - Maryland State Firemen's Association

The MSFA wishes to recognize our volunteer fire, EMS, and rescue personnel who have excelled throughout the past year, in providing your station with outstanding service, by being your Top EMS Responder. This person should be your top “out the door” EMS responder. These Certificates will be made available at the Annual MSFA Convention . Presented on stage during the Convention only when program time permits.
