It is with deep sorrow that the Maryland State Firemen’s Association, The Maryland Fire Chiefs Association, and the Maryland Fire Rescue Institute announce the passing of MFRI Executive Director Emeritus, Chief John W. Hoglund at 1140 hours January 2, 2020.
