It is with deep sadness that the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association has been advised of the death of Zoey Breen the daughter of Andrew and Jennifer Breen of Forestville Volunteer Fire Department. Zoey died shortly after birth on Sunday evening. Zoey is the great granddaughter of Chaplain Elaine Huttenloch and the granddaughter of Ginny Wilhite, Secretary of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association. Past Chief Bobby Wilhite is the father of Jennifer; and Andrew Breen is a Career Firefighter with the Prince George’s Co. Fire/EMS Department.
