This year the John W. Hoglund Maryland Officers Seminar will be presented in a one day format and held virtually on Saturday, March 27, 2021 via Zoom.

This year’s program will include “Principled Leadership for the Road Less Traveled” by Dr. David Griffin, Battalion Chief of the Charleston (SC) Fire Department. The keynote address, “Prioritizing the 21st Century Fire Service” will be given by Chief Reginald D. Freeman, Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director for the City of Hartford (CT) Fire Department.
