The Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MIEMSS) has released the 2019 – 2020 EMS Protocols for providers. The new protocols go into effect on July 1, 2019.  The new protocols are available as a complete document, as well as just the changes in documents available at the on the MIEMSS web site.
