Leadership for the Fire and Emergency Services
1:00pm – 3:00pm ET
This course, instructed by Chief Jeff Cash, will examine leadership styles, qualities, ethics, and best practices to help your department function at a high level and avoid fire and emergency services leadership pitfalls. New retention research will also be discussed to help leaders understand retention concerns and identify solutions.

Volunteer Fire Service Culture: Essential Strategies for Success
3:30pm – 5:30pm ET
This course, instructed by David Lewis, will reinforce the need for culture change in the emergency services and provide a roadmap for implementing change to improve the health and safety of volunteer firefighters and EMS providers.

Attendees can choose to attend one or both courses, and registration is required.
